And the bible stated that [ I can do all things through CHRIST which strengthen me ].The way I am being treated by the Government, is like I was the one who kill my own son.

My grand on the left of me, her grandfather havent had no life since her father got kill. A lot of days I get weak and suffer with pain, trying to get my life back and what I lost. But the GOOD LORD keep on giving me strengh to carry on.But I pray to GOD that someday I will have my life back and be a good father to all of them, before I leave this world. It seem like when I had my heart-attack and lost everything that I had, I lost my hold family right alone with it. But that O K, I will always have God with me.

Why do our government wait until after something happen before they do something about it.

I don't care if they had started my check back one day after I had my heart-attack, because they knew that I was suffering from post-traumatic stress & what they had been sending me through for no reason. They had been threatening me every since I was classified as disable. They wanted to stop my check anyway. I feel that it was intentional.For the ones that are reading this true story, would you please do this one favor for me. and that is, always remember that GOD is looking down on all of us and you can not hide, no matter who you are.

A Veteran who enjoy helping others. ( For example )One of my neighbor,( A little old man ) who live down the street from me. Came and knot on my door and ask me if I would help him to get some gas to go into his car. I didnt have the heart to tell him no. So I gave him some money to do it.But I knew that he was a veteran also. So I gave it to him and told him, dont worry about it. Even if he had not been a veteran I would have still did the same. But I am in need for help with my case,and nobody will lift a hand. But no matter what, I will still continue helping others if I can. Thank you JESUS for able me to help others.

They even have my son last name wrong on this letter. His last name is Smith, not Evans.When my son got this letter, he took it pretty hard. Because he was very young and by him living in another state, he did not know that it was true or not. But it's O K for them to do this to somebody else, but not to them.

So I call the Civil Liberties Union today in Washington, DC (202-546-0738) and Baltimore,MD (410-889-8555). Because I received a letter, dated October 20, 2004 from Mr. Kenneth J. Falk of the Indiana Civil Liberties Union (317-635-4059)referring me to them, because I no longer live in that state. And I was told by them, that I would have to get back with Indiana. Because the case (case# 410-89) happen there. So I went ahead and related the message back to them. And a lady there in Indiana, (ICLU) call Candy gave me a smart remart that President Bush was going to lock me up for protesting here at the White House.But I will pray for her and ask GOD to lead her by the hand in the right direction.

I will be going to every State in the U.S.A. speaking out for our Troops and Veterans, with GOD help. GOD knows that I do not want them to go through what I am. We must speak out and be heard. So LORD have mercy on us and able us to share LOVE to one another. And able our Troops to come home safe and better care for our Veterans. Do you remember when you was a kid, and you do wrong. Your Mother would tell you that she was going to spank you. And you thank that she has forgot and you keep on being bad. And then she spank you for old and new. Well GOD is doing his work in some way of that. We are runing around, worry about what man can do to you. We better start worrying about what GOD can do. Look around you and see what happening in our country today. GOD is not happy. I say again and again, don't take my word see for yourself. LORD please spare us for another day. I stated before after the storm hit Fla., that it was going to keep on until it get to Texas.I live in Washington, DC and I am afraid that DC will be next. GOD is not happy about the way we are treating one another. You can run, but you can't hide.

Some of the ones that make up our Government is very powerful, they can turn peoples, and even your family against you. When the person haven't done any wrong. But they are forgetting one thing, they do not have the power that GOD have. And they can not turn GOD against me. Everything that you do in the dark, it soon will come to the light. And you can't go running to GOD, because the gate will be close for the wrong that you have done. I pray for those that could have and would have help me and also those that has made this case worst. Love can put you together and hate can take you apart. And GOD is our one and only Judge. I am so glad that I love you all from the bottom of my heart. All I can say, is watch the days ahead, because we are already seeing thing that we have never, ever seem happen in a life time. And GOD is showing us how powerful his work can be. GOD Bless.

And one of the main reason is the like of LOVE for one and another. That is where the hate come in. Try to help somebody today. Part 2 "We must love your enemies, do good to them". What we do for them is what will be done to us. Sometimes I wonder is the shadow of another night closing in upon us. Let's be honest! Let's face the facts! There is a cause for every effect! Because man has chosen to go his own way and has rejected GOD's revealed knowledge, mankind is reaping the consequences! Man's own ways are the cause of the misery, hatefulness and trouble filling the world today. And as we make mistakes, we tries to cover it up as we go. No matter how good we cover it up, you still can't hide it from GOD.

Part 3 "Someday you all will realize what I am trying to say is true." But please don't wait until it's to late. Look at our food, BIRDs,chickens,cows and fish. They have Viruses. It seem like it want stop. Look at our pets (dogs) and even ourselves. GOD do not approve of our behavior. LORD forgive us, for some of us might not know what we say or do.I was protesting along with Cindy Sheeham today at the White house and I noticed that one of the news man was getting ready to film me and a lady came up to him and said something to him and then he decided not to do it. They can continued to keep this under the cover. But I feel that GOD is going to let it be known. So you all just might not see me on TV because their hands are tried. But only if you all knew what is going on. Someday you all will, even if it be after I am gone. I am slowly dieing in a lot of ways and it could happen to you. I haven't had any freedom since 1994 without any reason. So if you ever decide to fight for what is right or try to defend yourself, you just might be the next target.

They got me at last. I just might have cancer or anything now. The VA did me the same way when they help gave me the first Heart-attack and I had to file Bankrupt. It hurt so bad. Why give me a slow death when I haven't did any wrong?

I knew that this was going to happen, this is why I tried to stay away from it as long as I could.I was brought to the hosiptal from the White House about 10:00am.(Nov. 2, 2005) I havent ate nothing but a dough-nut and a cup of coffee about8:00am. This is how it all started. They would not give me nothing to eat until 10:00pm that night.It didnt stop there.They would not not give me nothing for my cold, they gave me something for my throat on the day before leaving. On the day of leaving(11-4-05)The doctor wrote me a prescriptions, which cost some where near $400.00. I ask them to call over to the VA Hospital which was next door. But they said that they could not call out side. They said, why dont you walk over there , Its just across the street and my ride was running late and the pharmacies was going to close at 5:00pm. I was told that I could walk cross the street to the VA. So I didn't have no choice, It took me 45min. to get there. I got to the VA pharmacies, they said that they could not fill it because it was no VA Doctor name on it. And I told them that I am 100% for my heart and I have a fee basic card to go to any Hospital. But they still wouldn't do it. What I did on Veteran day. Trying to get over the second heart-attack that happen at the White House and still fighting to get my life back. A Veteran, who fought for our country and the hold World have turn their back and wont lift a hand.

I was on the CNN program, trying to hide my pain. Couldnt speak because of the pain and the shortness of breathe. LORD take me when you are ready, because man have created to much pain for me. I fought the best that I could, with no help from others. I knew this was going to happen, but nobody would listen. Our Government never give excuse, because they not suppose to be wrong no matter what they do. I am ready and I am hoping that you all are ready in the spike of what you all have done or didn't do.-- And also, the picture that you see on your left is almost the same spot that I had my second heart-attack when the police had me to sit on the sidewalk curb and lean back. The only thing difference was I was faceing the White House.
